Safety Check- This study is in the last stage of physician recruitment. Safety Check is analyzing the effectiveness of a brief screening and counseling tool for violence prevention.
RIDS (Reducing Immunizations Disparities Study) The RIDS study will test whether simple practice level interventions will eliminate differences in observed immunization status between African American and non-African American children. This study is currently recruiting practices with greater than 25% African American patients.
Secondary Sexual Characteristics in Boys Study- The pilot for this study has been completed and recruitment for the large scale study should begin shortly. This study will help us to define normal and abnormal puberty milestones in boys.
